Jim Allison is a dedicated real estate professional with Windermere Coeur d'Alene Realty, bringing over a decade of experience in helping clients find their dream homes in beautiful Northern Idaho. A Realtor since 2010, James has a deep appreciation for the region and all the incredible opportunities it offers.

Before his career in real estate, Jim was a professional baseball player, and his passion for the sport has continued through coaching for over 30 years. He has mentored players at various levels, from Little League to high school and summer baseball, instilling in them the values of hard work, teamwork, and perseverance.

Raised in a proud military family, Jim understands the dedication and sacrifice that service requires. His wife of over 30 years served as a Marine Corps Drill Instructor, and together they raised three children—two of whom served in the Marine Corps and one in the Air Force.

With a strong background in leadership, teamwork, and community involvement, Jim brings the same commitment and integrity to his real estate career as he has to his time in baseball and his family's military service.
